Spent Xmas here and the experience was a delight. the resort was clean and had a beautiful view of a mountain range. the staff was accommodating and always had a smile on their faces. the onsen was my favorite part. the waterfall and warm water were therapeutic, and the indoor and outdoor onsen options were fantastic. the resort also had an all, you, can, eat crab legs and bento dish that was delicious. But the ultimate highlight was the cherry blossom trees that lined the entrance making the whole area picturesque.
The rooms were a tad smaller than expected and could use an upgrade. the bathroom's size was a little inconvenient as there was a step, up.

Hotel's parking is onsite. The location was 3 miles from Shinrin Park West Entrance. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

I had a great time at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch with two onsens - an indoor and outdoor one. The outdoor one had an affordable admission fee and seemed really nice. I also loved the location, with three restaurants in the newer tower. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were courteous. a clean and comfortable stay.
Nothing to dislike. From my perspective, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

My partner and I recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape. The location was perfect, with beautiful cherry trees lining the entrance and amazing views of Mount Fuji. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, waiting for us in the rain to give a friendly send-off. The in-hotel onsen was a welcoming detail, and we enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds, and we were provided with an excellent all-you-can-eat crab legs dinner and bento dish to our room.
While the in-hotel onsen was enjoyable, the outdoor onsen on the property had an extra admission fee, which was a bit of a disappointment. The room service menu was limited, and the food was decent but not exceptional.

All three provided excellent food, we particularly enjoyed the all, you, can, eat crab legs and bento dish. the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the service was remarkable. the room was cozy and comfortable, with a balcony that provided a nice view of the surroundings.
The hotel could use some renovations in certain areas, to provide its guests with updated facilities.

This hotel is worth staying at for its luxurious amenities that truly enhance the experience. the exclusive hot spring bath is especially relaxing. the seasonal indoor pool and sauna are also superb additions. the garden area provides a peaceful setting to unwind. the room was spacious and well-maintained with high-quality furnishings. the restaurant served delectable dishes with an excellent presentation.
It would have been nice to enjoy it as it is one of the amenities listed on the hotel's website.
